| Payment & Deposit |
| | Payment should be made in advance.
Guarantee deposit by credit card:
$500 for category A, B1, B2, S1, S2
$1000 for category C1, C2, D, J1, J2, L, M, S3, S4
$2000 for category E, F, G, H, K, N, O, R1, R2
$5000 for category I1, I2, P, Q1, Q2, Q3, R3 (2 kinds of credit cards are requested).

| Delivery & Collection |
| | USD 15$ is charged for delivery & collection outside Beirut area. Airport surcharge is USD 10$ per rental. |
| Items not included in Rates |
| | Gasoline. | | Traffic fines & parking are customer's responsibility. | | Radio & personal effects (baggage, antenna, tyres, ...) are not covered by insurance. |
| Rental Period |
| | Minimum duration for any rental is 24 hours, each excess of this period will automatically be charged a full day. | | Limited mileage of 150 km/per day applies on rental less than 3 days, otherwise any extra mileage will be charged as a full day. | | Unlimited mileage for rental over 3 days. |
| Services |
| | Uniformed driver is available upon request at 25$ per day
(different languages), limousine services, tourist guide at 40$ per day,
baby seat is available at 20$ per rental, international car rental reservation.
Luxury busses available upon request. 24 hours emergency road services and
meet & assist for special conferences and delegation.
